A fantastic result! The Naumann Law Firm represented me, 95 of my neighbors and my HOA in 2 separate construction defect class action claims against the general contractor who built our community. The entire process from initial meeting to final settlement took almost exactly 21 months. It was certainly a process but aside from a few meetings, a few docusigns, and a couple of inspections of my home, all I really had to do was wait for things to play out. In the end I would say things turned out about as well as I could have hoped for, and I think most of my neighbors feel the same. The firm did an excellent job negotiating a settlement of our construction defects suit. The attorneys were very forthcoming and available during the process of recruiting homeowners to the case, and answered all the questions posed. They were far less responsive to inquiries made later on. Telephone calls and emails were not responded to. They have yet to answer questions about the settlement distribution methodology and whether the settlement proceeds will generate a Form 1099, as taxable income. Finally, Elina Chaplin, serving as the lead paralegal on our case, was an excellent communicator.

Surprising. We were involved in a construction defect action, and we expected a lot of delays and red tape. Didn't happen. Elina kept us in the loop during every step of the process. This led to a timely and successful resolution of the issue! Thanks Elina and team!
