Our family’s experience with this law group has been disappointing. We are sharing this review based solely on our personal interactions and observations. Shortly after my aunt was involved in a severe accident, representatives from the firm arrived and stated that they had been present at the scene and were therefore the best team to handle her case. This came as a surprise to us, as we were not aware of anyone from the firm actually being at the accident. Despite this, they gained my uncle’s confidence and took on the case. Over the following months, communication became extremely limited. We repeatedly attempted to get updates but received very little information. Phone calls to various representatives went unanswered, which made it difficult for our family to understand the status of my aunt’s case—especially during such a critical time in her health. Recently, the firm presented a settlement offer of $100,000, from which my aunt would only receive a portion. Our concern is that this offer appears to have been made without a lawsuit being filed and without any meaningful discovery into the other party’s insurance policy, which raised questions for us about how thoroughly the case was handled. We understand that every case is different, but in our situation, the process felt rushed and lacking transparency. My aunt is now on hospice care, and the proposed settlement will barely cover her end-of-life expenses or provide meaningful support to her family. We attempted to terminate the representation and seek a second opinion, but again communication became nearly impossible. In our personal experience, the lack of responsiveness and the limited effort visible to us have been deeply discouraging. We hope this review helps other families ask the right questions and ensure they receive the level of communication and diligence they expect from any legal team.

I got so much help from this Law Office I especially like to thank Edith for tending to me and going out of her way so much.
