This is an honest review. I want to thank Lawyer Luis Navarro and Wendy S for being there for me when I needed them and the outcome from my case could not have been better then saving my house from foreclosure for a bank mistake. Wendy always went far and beyond expectations taking care of my case until was completed fitting every day with the bank until they approved the modification needed. Navarro law firm was recommended to me by ARAG Legal service. They were extremely professional, responsive, and worked above and beyond on my case. My case was pertaining to a breach of contract with a RV dealership. They negotiated the completion of the agreed upon repairs. In addition, they negotiated payments based on my monthly expenses. The payments covered all my monthly payments and insurance cost for the time-frame I did not have the RV.

Recommended by ARAG, they were quick with there response to assist with my consultation. Both the Attorney and Legal staff were professional and provided the information to resolve the matter.

Good to respond to an inquiry when using insurance benefits (ARAG). Very poor effort to try and help. Demand letter was crafted with little intention to try and help me resolve my matter. Then I asked to pay out of pocket so that I could stay with the same law firm... But, was left in the dark and haven't heard back. Was expecting a different result. Sadly disappointed to see a firm not really care about you.

Not a good representative of Court and definitely not responsive or committed to his profession.
