I would not use this law firm. I needed help with my property, Mr Fisher was nice at first and became very dismissive, quick into our conversation, he wouldn't give explanations to his short answers. I was just trying to get help understanding my boundary lines, private drive and property in general, easements ect.

I called from out of state for a simple family legal matter I needed assistance with in Missouri. Receptionist answering was lovely and said she would check to see if the intake coordinator "Dorothy" was back from lunch to assist me. Clearly I must have disturbed her lunch, as this was the most unprofessional, rude person I have ever associated with via phone. She let me know that the retainer would be $3500 BEFORE me speaking to any attorney and when I questioned the amount for the simplicity of the case, she said "well maybe it would be less"??????? I told her I would not pay that amount and she told me I better keep looking! Wow, just wow. I did call back to inform the lovely receptionist about my unpleasant exchange with this "Dorothy" and her lack of compassion and professionalism. Shame on this attorney for allowing this "Dorothy" triage her calls. She must be losing lots of potential clients, or simply not care. Very frustrating experience, especially from across the county.

For all people calling for a conceltation with a lawyer at this firm,it is not free.you will be charged $105 fee even after reciceving a letter from the lawyer that no charges are being charged due to no hiring them. They do not state from the start they charge for their conceltation,predatory practice for money.they wait till the 90 days to send a invoice. The front desk lady doesn't not mention that not a free consultation even,she needs to do her job better. For future people calling,fair warning to make sure to save letters from the lawyer rather it's paper or email srsting it was free.especially if you don't hire them,the accounting department will send you a invoice anyway Lawyer done his job well during the conceltation,no issues with him and when it comes to the real estate issue, super knowledgeable lawyer.told me lot of good points. just the accounting department and front desk lady that dosent Still giving least 4 stars for the lawyers conversation, not 5 due to lack of communication of their accounting and front desk lady departments

Patrick Platter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with some legal issues related to zoning and planning. Could not recommend more highly.

Lied and won't turn in papers or mail me hard copies with signatures on it. Can't get final settlement or honest answer to why. Kate Trokey-Harris won't finish this it's an over 2 year old case. Was just told she is on maternity leave and nobody
