This Review is based on MEDIATION SERVICES Provided by Craig Needham, of Needham, Kepner, and Fish located: 1960 The Alameda Ste 210 San Jose, CA 95126 Within Mr. Needhams Legal Firm website they advertise: "Mediation Attorneys Protect Your Interest in San Jose". I DID NOT FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE. In fact, Mr . Needham committed Professional MALPRACTICE, while mediating my case (2015). His negligence and lack of knowledge of the law, has caused months of time delays, aggravation, and tens of thousands of dollars to re-litigate an issue, that should have been settled during mediation (which Needham mediated). According to Mr. Needhams Legal Website page, Mr. Needham has been a practicing attorney in the Medical Malpractice field, for over 40 years. Therefore, the MALPRACTICE Mr. Needham committed while acting as a mediator on my case, is inexcusable. It is also my belief Mr. Needham violated privilege. For the reasons listed above, i would NOT recommend Mr. Needham's mediation services.
