Very strange interaction…the receptionist told me to come in same day with $100 cash, no zoom or phone call with the lawyer, in office consult only. When I became quiet and said I wanted to think about it she quickly spoke over me and rushed me off the phone and hung up unprofessionally. It felt very rushed, creepy and very much like a scam. I did not proceed.

100 dollar consult fee after you explain everything to a receptionist screener. I have a background in HR and there is a case, I will keep shopping and work with a more professional firm. No thanks!

waste of my time. they will have you tell them everything that is going on they want specifics, personal information spend 20 minutes on a phone call to be asked if i want to speak with a attorney for 100$ a hour.that should be mentioned in the beginning. tell the lady at the front desk to retire.

Fred Neff speaks to you in layman's terms, takes his time in the initial consultation to thoroughly understand your situation and offers no BS opinions and recommendations going forward. I called for a consultation, but was screened heavily by the receptionist. I was told they didn’t practice that kind of law but their website says that they do. It would’ve been nice to have an attorney tell me it wasn’t in their scope of practice versus the receptionist. I was also told that because the company I had a problem with was farther away from their practice that it was likely too far away and I’m like OK, where this occurred is desolate farmland I’m not going to find anybody in Close proximity. I needed somebody in Minnesota though. Nobody cares to help us.
