Update ::7/24::Well I really just wanted to make another review, excuse we have honestly used the services Deborah and Jeff a couple more to times. All I can say is how prompt they are, the knowledge is impeccable, and the skills they need to show off their talents. Well… I have ALWAYS been beyond thankful to have these two EXPERIENCED EXPERTS ON OUR SIDE. THANK YOU…. FROM THW BOTTOM of our toes to the tip of our heads. I used this law firm in 2006 when my 20 year old son passed away, and this TEAM went to bat for our family far and beyond our imagination with their knowledge and research to WIN our case favorably. I have again come back to use this law firm again recently, when I was rear ended while sitting at a stop sign. Once again Deborah and her team put together another favorable outcome in our favor. Each brought their individual strengths to my representation. As much as a legal intervention is an inherently stressful undertaking, Nelson Boyd made the experience as low-stress as possible. They did this by being good listeners, providing assurances that they were fighting for me, providing prompt and excellent communications, and always doing what they said they would do. My suit was settled satisfactorily (they worked on contingency) prior to reaching court, which was preferable since it took nearly two years to get to that point-- though not due to any fault of Nelson Boyd. Going to court would likely have taken another six months or longer. My case involved personal injury and I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing this sort of representation -- and probably other issues, as well. This is a very spammy law firm. If you leave a question on their contact form it immediately goes to a call center. Within an hour I was called six times by strangers who were not associated with the law firm but were "intake professionals". There was nothing professional about them, just call center workers with heavy accents. This continued through the night and into the next day. So far I'm up to 14 calls/voicemails. And it turns out this law firm does NOT do disability claims, only very specific claims where the disabled person purchased their own separate insurance and are filing a claim against that. So unless you want endless phone calls at all hours of the night, avoid these people. Extremely unprofessional. If you doubt how unprofessional they are, look at the way they responded to their POSITIVE feedback, recounting intimate details of their client's very personal stories. Callous and unethical, in my opinion.

It is with great privilege that I give Nelson and Boyd, especially Deborah Nelson, the highest stars possible for their character and representation. Life can be extremely hard after a tragedy. A difference can be made when you seek out assistance for the answers and results to final steps are positive.
