He signed on to my case after I left another law group and he fixed everything that the previous lawyer messed up. I had an extremely disappointing experience with attorney Mark Nelson. When I hired him, he made numerous promises about how he would handle my case, but once retained, he failed to advocate for me in any meaningful way. I often felt as though he was working against my interests rather than for them. Communication was a major issue—he ghosted me multiple times during critical stages of my case. To make matters worse, I was overcharged by thousands of dollars, and I noticed what appeared to be duplicate billing disguised by different invoice numbers. When I raised concerns, they were either ignored or deflected. Based on my experience, I found his conduct to be unprofessional and unethical. I would not recommend him to anyone seeking reliable or trustworthy legal representation.
