Yo, let me tell you about David Nemeroff, the lawyer who’s basically a superhero without a cape! Back in 2020, I was in a pickle after a nasty accident, and my old lawyer bailed on me faster than you can say “court date.” my old lawyer bailed on me like I was last week’s leftovers. Enter David, swooping in like a knight in shining Armor suit —except with a briefcase instead of a sword. For five whole years, this guy was like a dog with a bone, fighting tooth and nail until he landed me a sweet $50,000 settlement in June 2025. After the hospital and his cut (because heroes gotta eat too), I walked away with $15,659—cha-ching! Okay, sure, his texting game could use a little pizzazz, but who cares when he’s out there slaying dragons for you? Glass half full, folks—I’m over the moon with the cash and singing David’s praises. If you need a lawyer who’ll go to war and win, David’s your dude! David’s your dude!

They were not aggressive at all, and pressured me to accept the first offer from the insurance. With their 33% fee plus additional expenses, the total came to 46%! On top that, I still had to pay my medical provider and physical therapist. I do not recommend their services.

An ugly attitude towards customers, utter unprofessionalism.

This is absolutely one of the worst law firms ever..First no communication in over 6 months..As Attorney Nemeroff was not returning phones calls...staff always had an excuse that he was out of the office everyday...Ain't nobody that busy when you cannot return a potential clients phone call....And quite frankly I don't THINK that you KNOW THE LAW...DEFINITELY NOT EXPERIENCED IN THE AREA THAT YOU CLAIM TO BE...NO COMMUNICATION OR UNDERSTANDING...So I would tell anyone find them someone else...cause this law firm was definitely not my first pick of choice....I know other attorneys that care and have concern for there clients!

They have no communication and no staff that speaks Spanish. I called them more than 2 weeks ago and they never called me back.

I do not recommend Nemoroff Law. They represented me several years ago in a car accident caused by a distracted driver. Took $3k for additional legal support that was never pursued including no follow up communication or refund of the money advanced. They did not and do not represent your best interest.

I spoke to Attorney Nemeroff regarding some concerns about my case. He reach back out to me right away to let me know, there was a letter sent out to me by his office. I never received it. After clarifying the mix up. Attorney Nemeroff assured me that everything was taken care of. So I'm very happy that I choose this law firm, to represent and handle my case. My experience with this lawyer came out very badly. I have 2 cases with them and none has been resolved. My first is about a work injury, and my second is for a traffic where everything was purely a tear. Yesterday, I tried to contact the person who led my case, it turned out that he no longer works for him. After that I contacted the others, but no one answered my email. I really do not know what can be non-professional.

David was professional and thorough, leaving no questions or ambiguity for myself and my family. He brings a personal touch and shows a genuine commitment to doing what is right and just.
