Neuberger, Griggs, Sweet & Froehle, LLP

This firm handled my parent's incredibly basic and simple will, written 23 years prior to my mom's death. Attorney Hein took over administering the will. He was cold and uncaring. He allowed people who were not listed as beneficiaries to take control of how personal property was distributed. Mr. Hein filed a court case that limited the ability of 2 of the 3 beneficiaries to work with the executor to acquire our parent's property. Mr. Hein was rude to us and terribly inconsistent with the process. Items were handed out to people who were not listed as beneficiaries in the "will". My mom would be horrified if she knew how this law firm treated us after she died. Needless to say, our family is completely ripped apart.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I called and asked for a specific attorney. They asked in regards to what. Then told me they weren't sure they had an attorney that could help but transferred me. (Recwptionist was rude) 2nd person I talked to was pleasant and scheduled me a consult. I arrived, told I was seeing an attorney I didn't ask to see. That should have been my first red flag. I needed help however so I was willing. I had to pay my fee right away for the 1 hour. I meet this attorney in a room, he had documents printed that was in regards to something completely different than I even called about? After explaining he told me I had case, explained his retainer and fees. Said he'd call because he needed to check on something. I didn't even get my full hour I paid for. After he called, he told me to do something that the courts told me I could NOT do. He said they were wrong. Courthouse said he was. Then suddenly the office had too many cases and he couldn't take case. He was a waste of my time and money and took full advantage of me! After calling another attorneys office, they said they've had others reach out with similar and they're not a good attorney office to deal with anyway!

Attorney Griggs and his paraprofessional were very professional. I do recommend them!
