The type of lawyer who does more than what you ask for! His services were actually recommend it and I was pleased to hire him since other lawyers around town are too costly. Constantly keeps in touch and suggestions and recommendations in regards to my child custody case were outstanding. He cares and wants to make sure you'll succeed,makes you feel comfortable and speaks to you as if you knew him for years. I definitely recommend his services over and over again.

Stay away. Worse attorney in Rochester. Mr Nevarez Nvr filed my counter claim. Ended up costing me triple having to pay my ex’s attorney fees and nvr got the education adjusted and now I’m paying child support for 3 years and having to pay off the student loans I took for my older daughter. Irresponsible is the only thing that comes to mind that can be posted. Sadly the courts don’t address terrible attorneys.

Juan is an amazing lawyer who really cares about his work and helping his clients. I have hired him to represent me numerous times in various personal matters and he has always been caring and responsive. His small practice is family owned and run and he will give you the attention and advice that you need. He is very knowledgeable about NYS laws and walked me through all the necessary procedures I needed to follow to get the most favorable outcome. Hire him if you want someone who does this for the sake of helping his clients rather than someone who's just in it for the money! Legal matters are always emotional and complicated. You want someone like Juan as your legal representation who knows the law well, and is willing to listen to your personal concerns.

Counsel talks a great game up front, but then sits on documents for extended periods of time and does not respond to repeated inquiries for updates as to status of filing. Not trustworthy, reliable, or responsible.

Juan Nevarez has dragged my divorce out due to his lack of competence. He is lazy, worthless, and money grubbing. I wouldn't refer this crook to my worst enemy. If you want your simple no kids, 50/50 split divorce to take months on end, go ahead and hire him. He has wasted 6 months of my life so far.
