I don’t know where to begin with the praises I have for newton and her team! We had a different local attorney for the start of our case and we were left with the biggest mess and waste of money, upon going to Jazmine it was a night and day difference! Jazmine and her team are organized, punctual, and incredible in court! We wouldn’t have had the outcomes we had in our custody case if it weren’t for newton law. Contact form on website does not work, left information with them and after 2 weeks not hearing anything I called them and they said its gone missing, I can schedule it on the phone an appointment and this will take 3 weeks waiting time. recommendation don't offer a website contact if it is not going to work. -follow up- Your reply is deeply disappointing and, frankly, unprofessional. I submitted the contact form through your website and never received a response—no confirmation, no follow-up. After waiting over two weeks, I called and was told there was no record of my submission. I was then offered an appointment three weeks out. These are facts. To claim I’m not a client and accuse me of making “false” or “blatantly misleading” statements is not only inaccurate—it’s insulting. Instead of taking accountability for a possible oversight or system failure, your response chooses to publicly discredit a potential client. That speaks volumes. Whether your IT team says the form “works” is irrelevant to the fact that it clearly didn’t for me. That should have prompted concern—not a personal attack. The dismissive tone, the sarcasm, and the insinuation that I’m somehow dishonest because I had a negative experience say more about how your firm handles criticism than anything else. I no longer need your services, but I hope others read both my review and your response and draw their own conclusions.

If I had to start the process all over and choose an attorney, I would still choose Attorney Newton. Attorney Newton, although busy, answers questions quickly and gives clear direction/advice. She sends bills monthly with a breakdown of what you are paying for. She listens, makes sure that all of your affairs are in order, gives advice speaking to the best interest of the children, and explains the divorce process in detail so you understand. I felt confident throughout the process being represented by her and I feel confident moving forward knowing I have her if questions or concerns would arise.

Mrs. Jazmin Newton is an excellent attorney. She knows her stuff and will explain it in layman terms to help us understand the legal wording. My previous attorney didn’t explain much and just told me to read it and sign it. He didn’t even want me to come in for an office visit when I asked to come in. I’m so glad I changed and went to Jazmin instead. Jazmin is always willing to sit down and explain and give the pros and cons and help me understand the best outcome of the situation and to go that direction. I could not have switched to a better attorney.

The quick review is 10/10 amazing! While my court case was drawn out by opposing counsel resigning, covid, multiple hearings and 9 days of trial one thing was for certain Mrs. Newton was by my side fighting until the end. I ultimately was granted sole decision making for medical, education, and extra curricular activities and as a father it is very unusual to be granted all that! Mrs. Newton was beyond organized and knew everything about my case to represent me well no matter what was thrown our way. Mrs. Newton is not only on top of her game but on top of the knowledge of law as well. After the order was in place and the opposing party decided not to follow the court order Mrs. Newton was there for me once again and was able to place not only 2 count of contempt but was able to get attorney fees as well! I wouldn't want any other lawyer to represent me nor would I want to be going to court against Mrs. Newton.

Jazmin worked along side my husband and I to fight in his custody battle. Her organization and attention to detail is beyond measurable. She's so keen on the detail that when it comes to cross examination or just questioning witnesses she is able to be quick on her feet. Her fierce professionalism in the courtroom is something to be in amazed at. Thanks to Jazmin she was able to get the Judge to see what was truly in my step-daughters best interest and wouldn't let lies and misrepresentation stand in the way.

Glad Jazmin could once again step in and represent me in my ex wife’s attempts to keep my daughter away from me. As a man involved with a high conflict ex , she loves to lie and slander me . It’s hard to get someone to even believe and see through all the distorted lies . exaggerations , and false allegations . Jazmin saw through my exs BS and passionately defended me . Also Jazmin and her staffs professionalism is top notch .

Has horrible customer service and very rude receptionist who do not like doing their job for some reason. PLEASE AVOID THIS ATTORNEY AT ALL COST!
