I contacted the Nguyen & Nguyen law office and spoke to the receptionist and explained my situations and requested a consultation. I waited a week no response. I called back again to request a consultation. It’s been a month now and no one call me back. So, I seek out a different law office and they help me right away.

Called several times, got fax signals then finally after 9 answering service. They don't have a physical office.

It is likely you called another law firm with a similar name or this is not a real review.
