Niblock & Associates, Little Rock Bankruptcy Attorney

Not the best experience. Communication is severely lacking. They never answer phone calls or emails, and then take days to respond. Pam (I suppose the receptionist or operator) is very nice and always answers the phone/redirects my calls, but to no avail because the follow-up is lacking. About 2 weeks after my filing appointment, they hadn't filed my case yet and I'd actually changed my mind about filing since they took so long. I sent an email asking not to file, and they filed my case anyway. Okay, fine. Maybe I really did need to - I was just nervous about it. But then, zero communication. I only knew they'd filed my case because I called. I finally received my trustee assignment letter 2 days before my first payment was due, not giving me much time to prepare. At this point, yes I may have truly needed to file, but I wish I'd gone with a different company.

Did not show up to hearing when we talked with trustee.Trustee called Niblock no answer. We went forth with Chapter 13. He, claimed his calendar was not updated. Does not anwer email or phone calls from us. We have been harrased by phone calls and emails and no lawyer to help. The worst ever. We were told at the meeting with Greg Niblock our chapter 13 was 3 years. We signed and at theTrustee meeting it changed to 5 years. Of course Creig was not where to be found. Today 6/26/2024 we received a notice from the court Creigh Niblock resinged as our lawyer. Thank God.
