If you want your lawyer to lie to you repeatedly then on the day of your hearing have them tell you to immediately take a plea bargain (not to mention being wrong about what the conviction will do, making it sound much less bad than it is) he's your guy.

This guy is the man.

I don't think he knows what he is doing. I do not recommend.

Made a deal with him and the prosecutor to settle but He lied to me about my Kids settlement and I haven’t seen my kids for 18 months.he really was working for the prosecutors instead of me. He never answer my calls till now. He never help me get my kids till now and never answer my calls.

I Hired Nicholas Balland For my case and I’m glad I did. He really does his job and make sure you have everything you need far as discovery’s and etc.He might charge you an arm and a leg but it’s money well spent. Hopefully I never in life catch another case but if I did I’ll be sure to hire Nick again.
