The best lawyer in town! Worth every penny

So I've actually used Nick twice in my life once in 2012 and then recently this year in 2024. Nick was amazing in handling my case from start to finish, both times he was able to secure me much lesser charges of reckless driving. This most recent case could have been way more severe but Nick was able to call their bluff on evidence they had. He does generally seem to be very busy so just be patient with not receiving immediate messages or calls for updates but he will get back to you and answer any important questions. Other thing is he tells the situation like it is and you can tell he knows what he's doing and how to navigate the inner workings of the law and courtroom. Highly recommend!

After calling a handful of law offices I really couldn’t find an attorney I felt like I could trust and who could deliver but after a short conversation with Nick it made me sure! Nicholas was not only very professional but he kept it all the way real when laying out our options, proceedings and details throughout the entire case. Straight forward and works with your budget and time (obviously within reason). I was in a tight and scary situation that was completely and totally UNFAIR and the man got my charges dismissed !. My son was in an accident and when they were letting him go home I suggested getting things out of the car. As we removed things there was an alcohol bottle in the car and my son was charged with OUI 2nd Offense. Atty Howie knows his stuff and is actually brillant in the court room - his style is unique to him but he is right on point. My son was found not guilty for OUI 2nd office. I would recommend him to everyone and contrary to the statement noted about him only wanting the money - Not True!!! Atty Howie will work with you relative to payments unlike other attorneys who want to charge you an outrageous amount!

My step-son got into some trouble due to driving without a license. I called Nicholas Howie to try and see what he could do to help avoid a one-year loss of license ordered by the state. Mr. Howie really took the time necessary to understand our case and my step-son’s situation as a recovering addict. Mr. Howie’s price to help resolve the case was also very reasonable despite the complicated issues. At one point, due to these issues, the state was unwilling to budge on the loss of license. This was a horrifying situation as my step-son was finally making progress against his addiction and losing his license would not only cause him to lose his job but he would be unable to make his clinic appointments that are necessary to fight his addiction. This was a life threatening issue and the state could care less. This is when Mr. Howie got creative. Despite the harsh push back from the prosecutor and without changing his price Mr. Howie continued to negotiate over several weeks and finally, with my step-son’s approval of the terms, came to a solution that was accepted by the state. Negotiating terms aren’t always pretty but the end result was my step-son kept his license, kept his job, and continues to make his clinic appointments every day. I’m convinced that due to Mr. Howie’s experience and relentless effort not to give up, when I know at several times he could have, that my step-son now has a second chance that has likely saved his life, thanks to Mr. Howie.
