Contacted Brittany after being involved in a motorcycle crash that I had no fault in. Her and her team made the settlement process extremely easy and answered any questions I had throughout. Can’t thank or recommend them enough!

I had never had a personal injury case until I was hit on my motorcycle and was badly injured. I reached out to a few law firms, and Nicholson responded right away. Neil was compassionate and very clearly explained the process and what he could do for me. He called when it was convenient for us, even if it was 9:00 at night. Neil helped us navigate dealing with medical providers and the insurance companies, and always kept us apprised of where things stood and what was next. All the while, he was empathetic and caring about my condition. I hope I never need a personal injury lawyer again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to call Nicholson again.

I highly recommend Nicholson Law Firm for personal injury cases. After my husband was hit by a pickup truck that ran a stop sign and the extent of his injuries was becoming clear, we knew we would need help. We didn’t want to go with the national chains that take up all the airways, so we started looking at lawyers locally. One of the lawyers we contacted referred us to Nicholson Law. Neil Nicholson contacted us right away. He came to our house to talk through the accident, confirm we had a case, and walk us through the process. We met with Neil and his associate Brittany LeTourneau on several occasions. Early on they encouraged us to take pictures of the injuries, document the impacts on our lives, and write our impact statements. Once medical treatments were complete, they kept us updated as they worked with the insurance company, and informed us of settlement offers. Ultimately we met with a mediator where we were finally offered fair compensation for the injuries. Neil and Brittany were always responsive to us. This was the only time we’ve ever had to deal with a personal injury lawyer, and I can’t imagine how anyone could do better. Their level of expertise and their compassion was top notch.
