I went to Nick Cotten after a recommendation from a family friend, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Rude beyond belief. I’m glad others have managed to find good representation through this group. I spoke to a receptionist for Mr. Cotten on the phone, she was very abrupt and dismissive, but she got me the info I needed to contact Grier. Grier’s assistant was very polite, but Grier himself was extremely rude, disruptive, and barely let me explain what I had to say before dismissing my entire perspective via phone. I don’t care if you don’t want to represent me, but the rude nature in which you conduct yourself is what counts. I don’t want representation that barely has faith in their own abilities. Use your money elsewhere. My legal plan recommended these folks, and I will never follow up again.

I had a car accident during Covid and declined to go to the ER. For many, this would have resulted in an uphill injury claim.
