I am updating my review to say I am exercising my first amendment rights. Drew Skjoldal actually is billing my dead stepmothers estate for attorneys fees representing Black Hills Advocate which makes NO SENSE as Jenny Schmidt of Black Hills Advocate was not her Guardian in 2024. Her daughter was. So her daughter wants to be reimbursed for fees associated with Guardianship along with Jenny Schmidt? Hmmm. I smell a rat. I will be glad to withdraw my complaint when I receive a detailed breakdown (by minute) of the $15,000 you are billing saying you represented Black Hills Advocate when Jenny Schmidt of Black Hills Advocate WAS NOT her permanent guardian. What a Scam! I will be filing a complaint with the South Dakota Bar Association against Drew Skjoldal. Unethical billing practices. I just received a bill for over $14,000 for my dead stepmothers probate. I have nothing to do with her probate. Her daughter Kelly Camerer is the Personal Representative. Why in Gods name would I be receiving a bill listing invoices with no explanation to pay for Black Hills Advocate starting in 2024? I am a senior citizen with my only income Ss and have no involvement in the ongoing litigation
