Although I had to pay them for an accident I had few years ago, it’s not their fault I dealt with David and he was very easy to talk to, very professional and answered all my questions

Keep calling me and leaving long voicemails on my business number intended for my husband. They say they are representing my insurance company and want to sue the young girl (16 at time of accident) who rear ended us 3 years ago. Keep saying we are required to sign a document. Nope I am not required to do anything. I’ve never done business with them. I don’t know who they are. Is this legit? Who knows. I also do not care to sign an affidavit for them to be able to sue a young girl years after insurance paid for an accident. Scummy.

Attorney David bell and paralegal Giselle Dias both very unprofessional in handling matters. I was hung up on purposely while trying to gain information on payment.

For a collection lawyer they weren’t that bad to work with, all they want is their money, if you pay them what you owe with no issues they don’t make things harder. Just business

All they want is money don’t want to give you any information or anything not even a call back when you have questions

There's a reason why they only have 2.5 stars. I had to give them a star just to write the review. Otherwise they would have a negative number. This law firm has a very kind receptionist but as soon as you're transfered you get an unprofessional , rude , insensitive, offensive, unwilling and aggressive person who keeps interupting you while you talk. I guess mostly that's a lawyer for you but if you are looking for resolution or information they become impolite and toxic which instigates a self-perpetuating cycle of negative behavior, hampering our productivity, our happiness and our health along the way. -Nbcnews. Good luck if you hire this firm. They have been sending Subpoenas to my home for someone who doesn't live here. In my opinion they aren't real bright.

According to them, the previous office claims that I had it, but they didn't do anything for me when I hired them. Now, if they want to recover their money after 2 years of my accident, they have no shame. And if I don't sign willingly, they want to take me to court. So, do it. I'll only say the insurance paid for the damage to the car, not for my physical expenses.

Worst company you can ever come in contact with. Especially David Bell, they are a heartless money hungry company that uses abusive tactics to retrieve money wrongfully.
