Niesen, McDonough & Niesen are a great group. i was denied SS Disability, and met with Mark. We went over my options to appeal my case and in a very short time i was approved. Mark was great to work with and kept me updated throughout the process. i would recommend anyone needing help to reach out to Mark and his firm. That was the best call i could have made.

The most disrespectful and inconsiderate conversation I’ve ever had with an attorney. I got off the phone in tears. I was told that since I wasn’t hospitalized for my mental health then my case wasn’t “severe”. Also, that since I don’t have any devices in my body that I’m not disabled. I have worked from home in the past and I was mocked with “the most you’d probably lift is a few files or papers”, just get a job you’ll make more than on disability. Absolutely vile and disgusting way to water down someone’s situation. Would not recommend!!!! Go to Brown & Crouppen or Coffman Townsley!!!

I would like to say myself and my hard of hearing mother had the pleasure of speaking to and visiting with Mr frank Nieson III he took the time to speak loud enuff so my mother was very happy to hear the entire discussion with ease And comfortable understanding the entire visit with ease at mind. Went to Mark for a Work Comp case with expectations of a horrific period before me. He was easy to talk to about my case and wanted to know everything he could about my situation.
