Thankful for the NAIL team! They were very communicative throughout my case. Travis and Joandaly were always so kind and helpful whenever I had a question. Although I don't plan to need them again...I know who to go to just in case I do.

Had a great experience working with North Atlanta Injury Law. My teenage son was involved in a mountain bike crash that was caused by the negligence of others - all we really wanted was money to pay to replace his bike as well as cover his medical expenses. The responsible party did not want to take ownership for their negligence. Due to the hard work of Travis and Leycei at North Atlanta Injury Law my son received a very fair settlement. They didn’t give up and their perseverance made a huge difference in the outcome of the settlement for our son.

I had an outstanding experience with North Atlanta Injury Law PC. Attorney Travis Little is exceptionally thorough, friendly, and truly dedicated to his clients. He was always available whenever I had questions and never made me feel rushed. Every time we spoke, he provided clear, in-depth explanations about my situation and helped me understand each step of the process. Travis fought for every penny I received, and he wasn’t afraid to let the insurance company know we were prepared to go to litigation if necessary. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist made a stressful time much easier to navigate. I’m incredibly grateful for his support and highly recommend Travis Little and the entire team at North Atlanta Injury Law PC to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate legal representation.

Travis and his team are fantastic. Their kindness and attention to detail is second to none. If you have any need of an attorney you can’t do better than Travis. I would pick him over anyone else. I had a hit and run situation and luckily I took a picture of the guy license plate. The help from the police department was trash but Travis and his team worked with me through the whole case before even knowing if they’ll get paid bc we wasn’t sure if the driver was insured yet and directed me on everything I needed. I went to chiropractor within 24hrs & In the end it worked out for all of us! I truly love working with Jondalay and the adjuster on my case very responsive to all my questions. I have no debt left and I’m very happy with the case! I would highly recommend this team. Thank you guys

Boom! My house is paid for! And, yes, there was still money left over from my car accident settlement that was handled with loving care by Travis Little, Esq. If you read through his reviews, there seems to be a pattern emerging of “homes being paid off” per clients of Travis Little. That for sure would get my attention. Read on: I came to know Travis at my church. And after the car wreck, he was highly recommended to me by other church members. As a senior citizen, the wreck in 2017 was absolutely devastating, and it wasn’t even my fault. I was innocently waiting at a stop light and a car came driving into the rear of my little car - pushing me under the vehicle in front of me. I don’t remember much detail from the wreck, and when I saw my car at the tow yard, I was shocked, because it looked like an accordion - completely totaled. Travis saw to it that I had rides to the multiple therapies and doctor appointments each week until I recovered. He came to my house to meet with me and kept me up on the case without overwhelming me. And he was extremely honest with me about the complications in my case. The fact is, if a person has “certain” pre-existing conditions, it’s possible for the lingering effects of a concussion to be blamed on these, causing confusion in the case. When this happened to me, years in, Travis found second opinions who properly assessed, treated and documented my condition. Travis fought tooth and nail for my case, when I wasn’t able to fight for myself. The driver’s insurance stubbornly continued to refuse to settle the case for a reasonable amount. The case went on six years, and the insurance company finally settled with us in mediation as a direct result of Travis’ determination and documentation. I highly suspect the typical injury attorney would have settled my case within a year or so - and I would have been forced to accept a much lower settlement. I mean, business is business, I get that. Why fight and fight for clients when it’s much easier to take a quick cut and move on. That’s an obvious conclusion. I had some bad times during the years I was at my worst. And Travis always made sure my needs were taken care of. He really went beyond the call of duty, it’s unbelievable to me, and I am blessed that I found such a caring attorney. Travis is so smart. And over the years, I would figure out something I needed to know and he ALWAYS picked up the phone, educated me, and talked to me with great respect. I’ll always be so thankful to Travis! He’s a very special attorney and I highly recommend him.

Hired North Atlanta Injury Law to help me with a personal injury claim. They had the case for 7 months, then suddenly turned it over to another firm that had to rush to make a demand before the statute of limitations ran out. I believe this delay negatively affected my final settlement.

Response from owner

Dear Kris:

Thank you for the feedback. I understand you are upset about the result another law firm obtained for you in your case and you feel that unsatisfactory result is our fault.

Your public review is the first I heard about any problems with your case. When I contacted the other law firm to investigate what went wrong, the lawyer referred me to a non-lawyer case manager at their firm, who informed me that no one at their firm had any idea the defendant was dead, that the cost of establishing an estate for the deceased defendant would exceed the value of your claim, and that they told you settlement was a “take it or leave it” proposition. I am appalled that you were treated this way by another law firm’s non-attorney staff members. In the past, that law firm has always utilized licensed attorneys to handle its claims, and has filed suit where necessary.

That law firm is not being truthful with you or me about being surprised by the facts of the case or it being too costly to file suit on your behalf. In my first communications with the firm, the subject line of my email is “Kristin Hall v. Estate of John Jackson || DOL 5/8/2021.” When an estate is listed as a party to a case, that is a clear indication that the listed party is likely deceased. I clearly stated in the first email: “The at-fault driver died in the crash.” So the other law firm eagerly accepted the case — even promising they would “knock it out of the park” — with the knowledge that the defendant was deceased, even though they now deny knowing this. Then, they advised you that it would be too expensive to open an estate for the decedent so you could file suit. While the probate filing fee is county dependent, it usually costs less than $200 to file a petition for the appointment of a permanent administrator in Georgia. Such a cost should not deter a law firm from bringing a meritorious claim for a deserving client.

Additionally, you may have been incorrectly advised as to your statute of limitation expiring. O.C.G.A. 9-3-93 tolls (or pauses) the running of deadlines for people in your situation until an estate is set up for the deceased defendant. This reprieve can extend up to five years:

“The time between the death of a person and the commencement of representation upon his estate or between the termination of one administration and the commencement of another shall not be counted against creditors of his estate, provided that such time does not exceed five years. At the expiration of the five years the limitation shall commence.” O.C.G.A. 9-3-93 (2022).

In other words, unless an estate was set up for the decedent, your time was not running out and you could have waited to settle your claim until you received a fair offer, or even filed suit later! I deeply regret that you the other law firm gave you bad advice. I am very sorry that the other law firm pressured you to settle for an amount that was not satisfactory to you. And most of all I am very disappointed that you did not feel you could even contact me to ask for a second opinion or to find out what additional options might be available to you when told you had to settle. I promise we would have done whatever we could to make it right, including researching and confirming the tolling of the statute of limitation, quickly filing suit on your behalf if needed, or helping your case find a new home with another attorney willing to take it the distance.

As I said, I am very sorry about your result with the other law firm but I appreciate the feedback. As a result of your experience, we have removed this firm from our list of trusted plaintiffs attorneys and will not recommend them to clients in the future.

Working with Travis and his team has been a real pleasure. They are very proffessional, knowledgeable and helpful especially for those of us that don't really understand how the procedures of the cases work. They're always willing to take the additional time to go over any and all questions that I may have and they always make sure I understand every procedure and detail. I would highly recommend Travis Little and The North Atlanta Injury Law Firm to any and all my friends or family. Sincerely, Abderrazak and Valerie Khifa Present Clients
