I do not write reviews. Ever. But in this case when I was looking for Ryan's phone number to refer to a friend and saw two one-star reviews I could not let it go by. Ryan is an EXCELLENT attorney who bends over backward to do the right thing by her clients. She is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I would rate higher than 5 if I could. The only thing I could surmise is that these one-star raters are not clients, but beneficiaries who don't like how the estate was split up. Way to go looking out for your CLIENTS Ryan! Glad my estate is in good hands and I hope my heirs treat you with the respect you deserve.

Was headed toward a first consultation. I understood there was a two week wait. I was open to waiting. I was called back and told cannot refer me to anyone for help. Was told to try San Diego Lawyer Referral Service. This was unexpected, unprofessional, and an undeserved blow off. I may have dodged a bullet so to speak.

My 92 year old uncle, who had just been admitted into hospice care, had questions about his Will and Living Trust. The only copy I found in his home was a DRAFT copy. My uncle had questions about the contents of the Will and Living Trust so I contacted Ryan, explained that her client was in hospice care and reported that a signed copy of the trust could not be found. She insisted, more than once, that he had a signed copy. He did not. Since I could not produce a final copy of the trust, I asked Ryan to meet with my uncle to answer his questions. She stated that she already had meetings and that she was leaving on Wednesday, July 23rd so she would not be available to meet with him until July 30. She also stated that I would not be allowed in the room when they met. My request was for her to meet with my uncle and I never intimated or suggested that I would be present. (However, my understanding is that my presence would be a decision my uncle/her client could make) It is her failure to respond to the request of a client in hospice that is troubling. I have been my uncle's fiduciary for the last four years. I do know that in April of 2024 he gave Ryan $7000 to draw up his Living Will and Trust. Not a fan of Ryan Alexeev.

I’ve used Ryan Alexeev at NCL for two separate events. The first was regarding my friend’s Will who unfortunately used an online service that resulted in a shoddy legal document, and the second for my own personal Living Will. On both occasions, Ryan was wonderful to work with. She breaks the legal rhetoric down in simple terms, recommends terms and conditions that will protect our equity and limit probate court, and is extremely thorough.
