Called in just to get information, the lady who picked up couldn't tell me if someone was available or not till I Gave her my Address Email an Phone number ! I said i would call else where she was very unprofessional said she didn't care and hung up in my face !!

Unable to understand why they bothered to schedule a phone consultation with me, when they obviously don't care. No call; no communication. When I call them back, only machines. If they want to screen their potential clients, they could at least show some courtesy. Pathetic.
I am sorry that I missed your appointment on our calendar. I did follow up last night(before receiving notice of this review) and emailed you afterwards as well, but your expectation that someone would call you at the time set for your appointment is obviously more than fair and I would be irritated as well. I would love to blame my staff, but I checked and the appointment was properly fixed on my calendar. In any event, I wish you the best of luck in your search.

Everyone was incredibly helpful. I love that they will allow you to make payments and I believe they are the only firm that will. It made going through something like this easier and smooth. They were never too busy for small questions, and if the assistants didnt have the answer, the paralegals were happy to get back to you promptly with an answer. I just finished my payments and recently bought a car and have already improved my credit rating to almost 700. Thanks northwest for giving me a clean start! My financial life is back on track.
