I live in New York and own 3 homes in Sarasota, which I’m selling off one by one . On my 2nd home , the buyers hired this law firm . What a horrible, ugly transaction this was . Was a cash deal , should have been easy . Truth is , there was no communication, most of the papers that were needed that should have taken 30 minutes to do , took 3-5 days , I had to get involved with at least 25% of the things to make everyone wake up and Get working . This law firm is lazy, sloppy , And in organized. The young gen z receptionist took it upon herself to make it hard to talk to anyone when I called because nobody liked the fact that I was organized and pushing for a fast and organized closing . The closing date was on the 27th of February, everyone was ready to close 3 days earlier , and this law firm told me they would not close till the 27th Because that was the date on the contract , which is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of . I firmly believe the law firm did this to spite me for pushing everyone , but of course I cannot prove this . This law firm is lucky to be in a nice forgiving state like Florida, because if it was in a really business tough state like New York or any of the northeastern states , they would be out of business within a year . I am a successful business man from New York , and I know what a good business is made of, and Most importantly, there has to be GOOD COMMUNICATION, GOOD PEOPLE , and GOOD ATTITUDES and CUSTOMER SERVICE. this law firm has NONE of the above . Stear clear of it , there are PLEANTY of quality attorneys you can hire . I’ve bought and sold pleanty of homes and businesses in my life , and dealt with dozens of attorneys, this law firm was BY FAR THE WORST!!!!!!!

Scumbag being that will do anything for money. I would steer clear of this firm and anyone associated with this firm. There are lesser-evil law firm out there, you have options.

Served a cease and desist letter to Dovydas, arguably the best performer in St Armands Circle, requiring him to get a permit to perform when the city doesn't require any street performers to get permits. Now other cities are requesting him to their play at their locations.
