Nobody ever got back to me to support my account. I guess they are too busy or not interested. I had to reach out to the other locations in town.

This location is Not a bank so, You can't widraw or Deposit money. They have Certified Financial advisor, planners and offer financial services

I felt very profiled. Melodie gatekept me at the door and would not allow me to speak with someone. I came in to ask some simple questions about my investment account that could not be answered on the phone. A large purchase I need to make will not be possible today because I was not allowed to speak with someone. I have always received great customer service from schwab. Not here.

It's pretty bad when you call this company, someone answers, you have an account, and they tell you someone will call you back to help you. I have done it 4 times and I never get a return call or any help. Moving my portfolio back to Fidelity. Worst experiences ever with them.

Awesome branch in good location. Staff is extremely helpful and I rarelt have to wait to talk to someone.
I would like to give a better review but I can’t. I’ve been with Schwab for years and the experience has been fine. But lately the customer service has fallen off a cliff. I was out of town and needed to make one simple trade (sell a mutual fund). Had I been home with two clicks online I could do it, that’s what they want. But because I wasn’t it took 4 phone calls and being put on hold twice, over ten minutes each time. TO MAKE ONE TRADE???? Today I look online and a withdrawal I sent forms to the broker Friday Morning still have not happened by close of business Monday!!! Because of market changes it has cost me $1000s! If you want customer service and response time find another brokerage. You will save time, money and aggravation.

I've had an account with this office since 2001 & greater Schwab since 1989. I did establish accounts at Fidelity at one point too. I have enjoyed terrific, competent and friendly service at this office from EVERYONE. The people at the front can handle surprisingly complex issues and my account representative, Andy Bennett is available for personal service. For unusual issues they or I can access a national issue expert by phone.
I really like this office, especially the service that I get from Joe Vita.

I had a very negative experience with Charles Schwab, and the person I worked with at this office was of no help at all. Tried to set up an IRA account online --- after many attempts, my CS rep said I'd just have to fill out the form manually. I did so, took the extra time to drive it to the office to hand deliver it myself, and meet with the rep. He submitted it, and I got a call later that day from the 800 number telling me that "I had filled out the wrong form, and would have to re-fill it out again - by hand." I was supplied the first form by a CS representative - and they're now making his mistake MY problem. Really? I let them know by email I wasn't going to go through the entire process again just because THEY gave me the wrong form, and would go elsewhere. I've since heard NOTHING from anyone at CS - not an apology, nothing. TERRIBLE customer service from this office, and from CS in general. Makes the decision easy - go elsewhere!
