After being told by several attorneys that I didn't have a case, Jack & Katie agreed to represent me. They were communicative throughout the lengthy process, walking me through each step and I always felt that whatever the outcome, they were giving their all. Deciding to bring a case and choose an attorney to guide you is such a difficult decision and you want someone that believes in you. To watch them go to bat for me on this emotional rollercoaster and fight for the best resolution possible was incredible to witness. I hope I do not have a need to hire an attorney in the future but if I did, I wouldn't even hesitate to reach out to Jack & Katie.

My husband had lost his eye during cataract surgery. We were both devastated. We contacted this law firm and spoke with Teresa. She was so friendly and listened to our story. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful in making sure we understood the process. After all the hard work we ended up getting the best settlement we could ever have hoped for. Robin the receptionist is rude and very unprofessional after arguing with me about my paperwork and calling me Carol which is not my name she hung up on me. I have been waiting for 3 months to find anything out about my case whether Spencer is even going represent me Any lawyer I have ever dealt with have multiple cases Xan she only do one at a time? She never returns phone calls because so is working on a case. Why did she waste my time if she ca n t handle more than 1 case at a time Robin told her I didn't want her to represent me I called after hours because Robin never let's me get past her and left a message. That was4 days ago. SPENCER DOESNT HA E RHE RESPSECT OR DECENCYFOR HER CLIANTS.TO XALL THEM AFTERCLOSING MY CASE WITH THEM BEAUSR ROBIN SAID TO DO DO. EXTREMELY UPSETAND A WASTE OF TIME. Receptionist at this law firm is exceptionally unprofessional and rude. I called and she hung up immediately without even asking me who I wanted to talk to or what I needed. Don't ever use this law firm. If that is the first impression they are representing as their business that tells me how they would be able to help me or how they would act with something as sensitive as a personal injury claim.
