Even though the case I hired him for may have been a small one he still took it on and took it serious and communicated to me with his actions that he gave a darn, I have had other lawyers before that made me feel like just another number so it was refreshing to experience that. 2.) My son received a traffic violation that could have impacted his record and significantly increased his insurance costs. A retired lawyer neighbor recommended Note and Kidd, so I reached out. I connected with Jake Smith, and he was fantastic. He listened attentively and provided options I could pursue without retaining a lawyer. While I wasn’t seeking free legal advice, Jake generously suggested taking a class to get the violation dropped and explained other potential actions. During our conversation, he promptly emailed me clear instructions for each option. After answering a few questions, we wrapped up.
