I highly recommend NovaLegalGroup to defend you, I needed an attorney who would work around my time, that wouldn't break the bank. They reduced my reckless driving (1 year jail time, 6 months license suspension and $2500 fine) to a traffic infraction ($250 fine).

They defended me for a domestic abuse charge I was not guilty of and got the charges dismissed. They did a pretty damn good job, but, I want to make it clear that I was innocent of the charges. I hired them a second time for a reckless driving charge I was also not guilty of. I hired them beause I did not have the time to subpoena the video fromt he officer's car myself. I asked them to do that. When court day comes, (after the officer extended the case twice) they kindly asked the officer for the video from the incident. The officer says the video is not available. They took her word for it and advised me to plead guilty to something I made it perfectly clear I did not do. I vehemently wanted the video of to prove my innocence. I hired them to force discovery of that video, because I knew the the officer would not happily provide video showing she was lying. They didn't get the video from the officer's car because the officer didn't want to provide that video, so I had to plead guilty to something I was innocent of. I accepted a the maximum fine possible on the lesser violation I was also not guilty of, $600 for improper driving. I want to point out again, that I did nothing illegal. I hired them to subpoena the video from the car, not relay the officers lie to me. NOVA- if you read this- lying police will not happily provide video showing they are lying. You have to subpoena the video using discovery. You have to FORCE the officer to provide that video using the legal avenues available. That's what I hred you to do, and you did not do it.You told me the officer's lie instead.

I highly recommend Nova Legal Group, especially Spencer Reiss. I needed an attorney quickly and I had a difficult time finding one that serviced King George Virginia. I friend referred me to Spencer and I’m so glad. He made me feel as comfortable and at ease as my situation could allow. He thoroughly prepared me for my case, and was extremely knowledgeable, especially about little things that significantly helped me and my case. We got the best possible outcome with my charges being dismissed because I followed the steps recommended by Spencer. He knew just what I needed to do, and how to present the case to the judge in a way that I am absolutely certain was critical in the positive outcome I received. I have the option to get the dismissed charge expunged from my record, but Spencer discussed with the senior attorney at the firm, and agreed that it wasn’t necessary. I was fully prepared to do it and pay for the service, and they easily could’ve taken my money and moved forward. I respect their integrity to not just take my money for a service that would be a little overkill, though I still have the option to do so if I choose. Though I didn’t need it, I thought it was great that they offer payment plans for case/services. Their fees were very reasonable, and there were no surprise costs. They have an online portal for communicating with the firm and uploading documents. That was very helpful and made it so I could add documentation and information at any time of the day or night. Please don’t hesitate to use Nova Legal Group.
