I was gifted an attorney, Ian Phillips, by my auto insurance to represent myself and my son in a very hard, very heart breaking matter. Ian was incredibly informative, calm and soothing. He stayed in contact with me every step of the way. He was encouraging, yet honest about potential outcomes in a way that didn't send me into panic. He was quick and efficient. He worked with the other party and was kind and understanding and helpful to them as well. I cannot thank him enough for being our guardian angel at a time when we truly needed one more than we even knew. I have worked in the legal feild with attorney's, as a paralegal, for 12 years.
