Great experience, I would highly recommend this firm. I had a case where I needed an attorney so I got to speak with Mr. Nunis. He went over all the details and eventually let me know that it would cost a lot more to go to a jury trial than the damages I was seeking to recover and didn't even charge me for the consultation!

Amazing service and communication from Nuni's & Assoc. I was really in deep with a contractor who was unwilling to finish his work, and Nuni's knew exactly what to do in order to get the job finished. Throughout the process I was consistently kept up to speed via email and phone calls, was given reasonable expectations, and never felt lost. All costs were clearly explained and disclosed, my concerns were met with patience and understanding, and they were always available when I needed them. I hired Nunis and Associates for a DTPA case. I had bought an expensive product that didn't work from day one. I was pleased to have been assigned to Marggy Pabon. She is a great communicator, and she succinctly explains what is going on and why. Even though we had delays because of Covid, my case finally ended with a favorable result due to Ms. Pabon's exceptional negotiation skills.

I really recommend Nunis and Associates, because they helped me get through a bad situation after buying a land based on a miss representation. I am French, so my English is not perfect, but they took the necessary time to understand me, and Marggy Pabon always found a way to explain the different situations to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. Excellent! I hired attorney Marggy Pavón. She is an excellent professional. She helped me with my questions, answered them, explained the process clearly, was patient with me, and maintained excellent communication throughout my case. She kept me updated on the latest developments and, above all, handled everything very quickly. I am very happy; I truly had a very good experience with this law firm.

We needed an responsible and considerate professional law firm to represent us in an eviction. The firm assigned us to an attorney who understood our situation, was caring and most sympathetic of our situation. Unfortunately she left the firm shortly after our initial conversations however we were assigned another attorney who was equally adept and professional and brought totally up to speed by the previous attorney at no charge to us. He researched all the relevant cases and prepared our best approach to effect the eviction in the most cost effective manner. In the end a settlement was made out of court and although not everyone was happy other firms may have taken the position of continued courtroom drama. Nunis and Associates, however made clear our options and that we cut our losses as the defendant could drag this out for a very long and expensive time. Mr. Nunis reviewed every statement and in many entries adjusted the billable hours in our favor. I had a number of conversations with our attorney that we were never charged for, unlike other firms who start the clock when they answer the phone and want to talk about weather for 15 billable minutes. This was a civil matter and a bit complex and would certainly feel quite comfortable in discussing any other legal matter with Mr. Nunis.
