I personally worked with Tim Haggerty. He’s fair, to the point and he understands what needs to be done. Will listen to your requests and a no BS kinda of guy which most need. The office staff were all nice as well and easy to get along with. I would definitely use his office again if needed. Highly recommended.

Truly cannot say enough good things about Tim & this firm. I am a fish out of water when it comes to matters of the law, and I consulted with Tim feeling scared and intimidated about impending family court. Five minutes on the phone with him, and you can really get a sense for the kind of guy he is - calm, cool, collected, realistic, and reassuring. I wasn’t sure if I even needed an attorney, but his expertise spoke volumes and I knew he was the right attorney for my case. He’s incredibly well spoken and above all, he genuinely cares about your issue and listens intently. He doesn’t bill frivolously, he is mindful of your time and money, he’s professional but will still chat with you over a cup of terrible pre-court coffee about things that’ll take your mind off the anxiety. Hopefully, I never have to go back to family court, but if I did, he’d be my first phone call and I’d want my loved ones and friends to call him if they needed someone, too.
