Mr. O'Carroll is highly intelligent and often comes off impersonal but if you want the best attorney fighting for your rights he is the one to do it.

Richard O'Carroll is very rude & hangs up on me when I call him. He's had my personal belongings since 2018 & he lost his case in 2022. He still said that I accused his client wrongfully even though the State & I had all the evidence needed to prove his client was guilty.

Do not!! He is all about money and once he has your cash in his hand you’re ignored when you want an update. Everything he does for your case is last minute. He charges you for file fees, puts your family members with no legal experience to work on your case because he doesn’t have a staff.

This guy is a shyster. Stay away from him. He will steal your money.
