I called to find the person responsible for a foreclosed property and until you tell them everything about your self they will not tell you who to call so they know that the pipes have burst and the property is getting badly damaged, then hung up. I did not fell that I was responsible to tell them everything about myself just to help out. Not user friendly law firm. I know they are busy but just wanted to help and make a simple phone call to the person that could make a fix. Not tell them my life story. I was very friendly and clear
