We had a real estate closing and live out of state. Many states outside Illinois do not require an attorney and frankly, I was annoyed that we had to use one. Then I spoke with Carol. She has a great communication style. Many attorneys give you the impression they are doing you a favor by working for you. Her approach is just the opposite. She is warm and engaging.
