Worse attorney out there!! Forced my brother in law to pled guilty, my brother is a diagnosed schizophrenic.. and he didn't do crap to help him... just sat on his butt and had no contact with him other then the day of court and minutes before his name was called

Worst law firm ever. Supposed to be my brothers attorney and won't correspond with him or set up appointments or return calls or text with him. I would not use this law firm! 👎 Had no choice to give 1 star but in reality I give it Zero stars! 👎

Pat O'day is honest and stays true to his client on what he believes will be the outcome, even if it's not the outcome you want to hear. I think he's great and is very personable. Always looks sharp with his suit and sweet kicks.

My girlfriend was appointed Patrick ODay as a public defender but was unable to be represented by him as it was a conflict of intest. It would all be well and good if he would sign the resignation papers but because he refuses to do so my girlfriend is unable to move foreword with her case or even get a bail reduction hearing. Shes been incarsarated for 17 days and counting because of this mans blatent disregard for his duties.

We have worked with O'day Law Office/Pat O'Day for over thirty years. With a simple phone call or email Pat has always been very accessible. It is very stressful when you find yourself outside your comfort zone. We have needed him quite a few times over those years and will clearly recommend this law office hands down.

This law firm and the people that work in it. Very hard-working & dedicated to do the best that they can. They didn't make no promises but we're honest abouty case an though everyone else meaning every other big law firm from Bismarck/Fargo/Jamestown that I called which was minimally in general about 20-30 different ones turned me away or told me that I wouldn't win nothing I was erying to that my best bet was to just make a mediation deal despite me having all the evidence I had an all the witnesses I had didn't mean nothing I refused to give up yet this was one of the last very few options I had and I would pick them again over and over since they helped fight for the best interests of my son's and my family and relocating from ND to GA and now my boys are more successfully very even happier then 😊 anything and my family and I are even more thankful God bless this firm and Mr Leo O'Day I'm glad to have got the pleasure to hire you (retain) just wish and hope that anyone and everyone else that goes or is going through some kind of family law practice problem 🙏 this law firm is best at what it does so trust them and work with them. Again I cannot stress it enough they are very good at what they do which is treat your case very importantly an keep you up to date i mean it but just when you feel all is lost and that there is nothing to do he is the last an only fighting chance you need to prevail an thanks for representing me as well as for the being one an few of the best attorneys that has such good experience in the state of ND and probably even other State practice as well just call and I know you will not regret it I mean it
