Attorney Janice Binder came through for my husband and I again. She reminded us about the guardianship paperwork we have to file each year for our grandchild. She was quick to respond to questions regarding the guardianship forms. As soon as we completed and emailed the forms she promptly filed with the courthouse and we received confirmation from the courts within a few weeks. Had issues with them transferring my calls resulting in long hold times followed by call ending for no reason. Set up a consultation only to be told they had been given different info and couldn't take my case. Why did I fill out the consultation for explaining my situation 2 weeks prior to not even be looked at?

Receptionist is extremely rude. $200 for 30 min for a consultation when I said consultations should be free she rudely hung up.
