I want to Premise this approval review by saying that I’m not the type of person that ever leaves a review but I think it’s very important for people that have found themselves caught in a legal system to have the best information possible. I was in a situation where I was looking at a deal for close to eight years, negotiated by the public defender in Larimer county. I was told this deal was the best that I was gonna get and I needed to wrap my head around it. All that Change once I hired Matthew Martorella (former prosecutor)with O’Malley law! Upon hiring Matt that 8 year life changing deal was immediately off the table! Long story short I was back in my home working with an eight and a half months!!! I also can’t Express how happy I was with the amount of communication and energy that was put into my case. Matt would call me sometimes twice a week if nothing else just to check on me and my mental health when dealing with the court system. Court dates never pushed for attorney reasons and Mr.O'Malley himself stepped in, well informed of my case, to fill in at one hearing as well! Reached out via website, I also reached out via calling the office - requested to speak to a lawyer regarding some help with a few things. Needless to say it’s been 1 1/2 days since the phone call(I made) - and about 3 days since the website attempt - the women took my name and number over the phone - if this is the way you conduct your business I will be looking somewhere else - a polite and simple call back from the office would be acceptable, just saying that everyone is very busy and sorry for the delay. Again this shows me how much you want my business and the way you probably treat clients. I feel like a firm should probably be trying to get peoples business not ignoring it. Thanks for nothing

Incredible law firm - Matthew Martorella is your guy. I ran into trouble in Fort Collins and my long gone past from 15 years ago haunted me on a third charge. I was facing incarceration and on the verge of losing my very high paying career that I moved out here for because I was previously unaware of the strict laws that Colorado has. I made the ultimate mistake. I work up in Nebraska - Matt called every county within 75 miles of my work and no district offered a work release program. He dug through the law and found a way to get me work release - He then traveled out to Logan County Colorado 2 hours away where I live and met with a halfway house coordinator and set it all up. All I had to do was pay and serve 90 days and I could keep my career and my life in tact. I also only received a DWAI - and just 1 year of supervised probation. I’ve worked with many lawyers, including extremely prestigious lawyers in Illinois and nobody came close to the professionalism that - Matt alone - brought to the table. Matt has a huge future and will succeed greatly with law. Future candidate for the President of the Larimer County Bar association one day. He even unexpectedly answered the phone at the office late on a Friday. Couldn’t believe it. He is a natural at this and has passion.
