I live in Indiana. The company I worked for wanted to buy me off for less than 8k after I sustained a severe injury that kept me out of work for a year. They were based in Florida, so all WC coverage was governed by FL law. As a result, I needed a Florida licensed lawyer. I checked around and settled on O'Rourke. I definitely made a great choice. Christina listened to my situation and assured me that my timing was perfect after I expressed being embarrassed about taking so long to acquire a lawyer. She also assured me that it was not unusual and that they would do all they could to help, if they were able to.
