In my opinion, one of the biggest failures in my case with James O'Toole was that the defendant was never deposed. I consider deposing a defendant to be one of the most basic and critical responsibilities of an attorney, and letting that slip showed to me that the ball was dropped in a major way. On top of that, communication was poor, my calls were not returned, and I often felt left in the dark about what was happening in my case. Based on my experience, I recommend looking elsewhere for legal representation.

They held all my papers said they would take case ,6 months later they returned, and said not ? So they held me up for 6 months, never ever use this law office , I called one a week for 6 months said every time I will get a call back ! Never happened !
