Do not hire this attorney. Impossible to get ahold of. Will not return your call even after a message is left. Sat in court and heard another of her clients have the same issue. The judge will have to motivate her to get her job done. Have been waiting on a probate matter to be resolved and is still more than a year. The property has yet to be placed on the trust as per county records. She will not answer your questions unless you are her client when it comes to "trust" matters. Her words to me were " I am (jane does) attorney and not yours, I am here to protect my client" instead of the trust which her client represents. Yet the money to pay for her services comes from the trust essentially my pocket. DO NOT HIRE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CASE TO TAKE YEARS. Seasoned attorneys will get the same job done in 3 to 4 months total time. Hope this helps. Ps. I'm still waiting for the trust to show it's expense report. By the way she has been on the case for 1 yr. Update. Just got the itemized expense report. With no documents to support ( no bank statement). I guess it's expected to pay for services rendered without any supporting documents.

Ms. Matulac had prepared my Living Trust in June 2022 and I was very, very pleased with the results as she included each and every change I had requested. Several months later, I discovered several changes - additions and deletions - I needed to be made. Several of these were quite complicated, however, she made the process proceed smoothly due to her extensive knowledge of estate matters. Also, she suggested additional information that I might consider to be included in these amendments.
