Obenoskey Darren

Darren has represented me a few times, I have referred him to several people and he has always proved to be an outstanding attorney, fighting for and willing to go the xtra mile to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. Darren is a honest, good Christian man with morals, integrity, and a work ethic that is commendable. He threw me under the bus. He did NOT REPRESENT ME He would EVEN LOOK AT THE evidence I had that I could not have done what I was accused of, to this day I loathe him. He called me at work on a Fri wanted to know if I cared if he could talk to the HR office, who then called my boss. Who asked me if I wanted to be on the call, yes I did. He wanted me to plea a bogus aggravated assault to simple assault. I said no I would be fired. I told him it falls under "moral turpitude", and my HR lady confirmed it. He called me as soon as I was back at my work station to tell me we wouldn't be going to court on Monday because the Russells had moved. That was a lie. Only person assaulted that was me by the cop the Amber Russell and her husband lied through their teeth. I have evidence proving I could not have done what they claimed! Now I can't get State car insurance because I have that dissmed charge on my record. All you have to do is read the cops typed report to know it's all bogus, BTW they hit me from behind, didn't even consider it a fender bender but my insurance dropped me! I weighed 88 lbs, I had been sick for months. Couldn't eat and I was at one of the lowest times in my life. Amber weighed twice my weight, she was the aggressor I wasn't, I certainly didn't take a swing at her. But if you read the report, the highlighted words are the only thing in the report that was anywhere close to the truth. And the biggest lie they told, I could not have possibly done. Guys, you can't do donuts in a front wheel drive car. And certainly NOT AROUND ANOTHER VEHICLE ON TOP OF A 4 LANE OVERPASS!

What I can say so far about this attorney even has a public defender he seemed to actually care I repeat actually care he's doing his job he's not letting covid prevent anything in his operations it seems he still meets in person not into that Zoom meeting he is old school he has connections it seems my cases are very complicated and justice has been served appropriately thus far I'm going to say that this is the best attorney that I have ever had thank you Darren you are a miracle worker even when I said that I would accept an offer weeks later he comes back and gets me an even better offer I could not believe it the other case has been dismissed and I still have him for my big case I love this attorney thank you Darren
