Don’t hire Attorney Occena especially if your a woman. The whole time working with him I felt super uncomfortable not to mention I’m not sure where my 5,000 retainer fee went. I got nowhere with him as my lawyer. He involved me in personal matters of his life . Conversation were so inappropriate. He requested me on Instagram and would send DMs knowing I’m a married woman. Let’s just say this did not please my husband or myself. I feel he guided me in the wrong direction. He sent flowers to my personal address. Totally unethical. Look elsewhere for an Attorney

My experience with Daniel Occena was awfull. He was my attorny for one year, the first time I spoke to him was 20! Minuets before the trial. His receptionist would answer the phone rudely spoke down to me and NEVER let me speak to Daniel Occena no matter what my concern was or how many times I called. His practice is a joke. When you go to his office you are greeted by a young woman wearing jeans and a t-shirt with a lovley neck tattoo. His practice is a complete joke
