Eleven months ago I had an accident and during my medical treatment, paralegal Kristian Karreiro treated me wonderfully. However, I have been calling, leaving voicemails, and sending emails for five months, and no one answers. I called customer service. Rosi answered, saying that I now have another paralegal named Yasuri Miranda, but I still can't get in touch with her. Valerie Urrutia always helps me from the auditorium, very kind, but she leaves notes, emails, and makes calls, but she still can't get any help. I called reception again, and Karolina helped me, but she has no information at all. She doesn't know who the attorney who is assisting me is, nor does she know the number for the main management. In short, they do a very poor job. There is no respect for the client, there is total misinformation, no one knows anything. It's been eleven months since my accident, and there hasn't been any kind of response from this agency located in Boca Raton. Be careful, they are not trustworthy. I do not recommend them. In short, they do a terrible job. Beware. They are not trustworthy. I don't recommend them. I'm still waiting for answers that don't exist.
