Retained Gena Lewis in 2023 for a criminal defense case from 2017. Very poor communication and counsel for 2 and a half years, felt like I was stuck on a back burner, 1 out of every 10 calls I made were returned. My case was not thoroughly investigated by the attorney. I feel very little, if anything at all was done to represent me. Very negligent. Money wasted.

What a great experience. If I ever need again I will forever use OEB Law.

Billy & his whole team were absolutely amazing in helping us feel secure and wrapping up our case with ease. Should someone ever be in need of their services at OEB, they should be glad they are in good hands. Update: After some time, we were working with Billy to finish the last bit of our case and were waiting on a few things with insurance. We were told it could take time but we had been patient already so we continued. My husband called just to check in today, and was informed we no longer had a lawyer representing our case as Billy had left and his assistant was handling our case. Not sure what that means but yeah sure, no phone call to let us know he left and we were just thrown to the side. Nice. Be mindful of their turnover rate.
