After waiting over a month, 2 cancelled appts and a follow up call later and nada. After telling them my brother passed intestate, the clerk kept asking for his will or trust. SInce he did everything online, and has no paper trail of his assets they can't help me? I guess he is the first person in the world to die in such a manner. Maybe they are as good as their reviews, but somebody in their firm without a law degree told me otherwise.

Mark Condon was my attorney and he helped get me through and out of an abusive ex/property battle via legal action and measures and saw me through from start to finish. Both Mark and the legal staff there were very friendly too and they are very personable people that are easy to talk to. Highly recommend!! 🙌

The property had unfortunately been taken over by drug users and homeless individuals, and living in San Diego made it even harder for me to manage the house in Modesto Ca. They handled everything quickly and professionally, guiding me through the probate process and helping me take care of the situation in a very short timeframe. I’m truly grateful for their support, expertise, and dedication during such a stressful time. Every email was responded either that day or the next day and they were always available when I called them for no extra charge. Which is hard to find with a good lawyer. Very unprofessional law firm, gave me appointment for 2 weeks later, called me a day before my appointment and said there is no attorney available and then said they don’t do contracts. I have lost 2 weeks for these incompetent people.
