I was told this attorney would take my case and was instructed to pay $1,200 for an MRI as part of moving forward. After completing the MRI, I experienced no meaningful communication for months. After seven months, I contacted the office myself and was then informed they could no longer take my case. This caused financial loss, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. This decision should have been made before asking me to spend money and wait months without updates.
