My consultation experience with this firm was unfortunately very disappointing. I came in hoping for guidance and clarity regarding a complicated credit reporting issue involving Toyota Financial. Instead of feeling heard or supported, I felt questioned and dismissed throughout the conversation. I explained that I began disputing the inaccurate repossession immediately—first online and by phone in October—and that I later mailed a full dispute packet on November 13. I also explained that TransUnion and Equifax both processed my October disputes, and that multiple credit bureaus updated my reports based on those filings. However, the attorney repeatedly told me that because my initial disputes were done online rather than mailed, that proof is needed through mail even though the bureaus clearly reflected those disputes in their investigation notes and results. Rather than helping me understand my rights or how the Fair Credit Reporting Act applies to my situation, the conversation felt more like an interrogation. Each time I tried to clarify the timeline, I was made to feel like I had done something wrong simply by disputing the errors the way most consumers do—online, as the credit bureaus themselves encourage. I left the consultation early after 15 minutes due to ultimately feeling judged, uncomfortable and feeling more confused than when I arrived, without actionable advice, and without the sense that the attorney truly reviewed my evidence or understood the severity of the reporting errors I’ve been dealing with for months. I expected a consumer law firm to be more empathetic, detail-oriented, and helpful, especially for someone dealing with credit damage caused by inaccurate reporting.

Worst consult of all time. I have a defective car that I use for uber. I bought the car in oklahoma, so that is where I have to file a case. When I called she said she wasn't interested in my case and if she were to become interested it would be because I wrote a letter to the manufacturer first. Something that would be her job.
