Oklahoma Unemployment Experts

Can anyone who's been here explain what this place actually does? If you call, they do nothing but tell you to call the OK unemployment phone line, or Tulsa office (not here). They don't have an attorney working here, so the Google listing is wrong. What does this place do, exactly? No one over the phone offered any info.

It was pretty hard locating the place but once I did the lady’s and gentlemen that worked here was very helpful and they made sure that the okc office got the information they needed. Very helpful bunch of employees

Friendly staff and quick response in this new location

I apply for my wkly benefits by actually going on site to use the computer for filing. Mid afternoon are not that busy and I'm able to get in and out with out waiting lines. Office help is available if you need anything more or have questions.
