Shouldn’t you be able to depend on an attorney when you’re most vulnerable? Find someone better. This firm took advantage of me and actually helped my opponent. Now, they’re dumping me because I can’t pay them in full for an overly inflated bill. They won’t even discuss this bill with me! I sent them a letter two months ago and nothing! This firm unknowingly gang billed me. Despite me asking for billing statements many times, in writing and in person, over three months time, they assured me I’d get one but I never did. Instead, they sent an exorbitant bill in the mail, charging me thousands of dollars for conversations with up to four attorneys. These conversations did absolutely nothing to help my case! An experienced attorney doesn't have to do such things unless their end goal is just taking your money! They also sat silently in court and never objected once while my opponent’s attorney told lie after lie about me. These lies impacted the judge’s decision and he removed the only advantage that I had in this case. Now, I have to start over from square one! I’m stuck with a bill for nothing and they are holding my case hostage and won’t close it so I can see the Magistrate to try and stop my neighbor’s daily harassment. Imagine being disabled and not being able to use your yard with your dogs for fear of being attacked or being barked at the whole time by the psychotic pit bull next door. Thanks for doing nothing to make this stop!! If they ever had any integrity, it’s gone!

I am very unhappy with one of the Attorneys from Oliver, Price and Rhodes...Attorney Joseph O'Brian. He was referred to me and bottom line he did not do anything that I didn't suggest him to do. He was only available sporadically and I received no receipts or explanation for his fees. As a matter of fact the defendant in the case was to pay all my legal fees. I am still waiting. His office will just refer me back to him when I call. I get nowhere. Very disappointing. He is the epitome of what many people complain about lawyers. Please, find another attorney and if this is what Oliver, Price and Rhodes allows... go to another law firm! Joseph O'Brian only has a 1 or 2 star reviews.
